The Arenas International School, an expert in modern languages, has once again celebrated the remarkable language achievements of its students from Primary to Baccalaureate. And it has done so during the award ceremonies of English, German and Chinese certificates held a few days ago at the school.
17 oct. 2024
Both events were presided over by the Headmaster of the school José Paz and the representative of Cambridge Assessment English in Lanzarote Lisa Coleman, who were accompanied by the school's language coordinators and teachers.
It is worth noting that every year more and more students take the various external language tests and achieve the highest levels at very early ages, such as Advanced (C1) and Proficiency (C2), obtained by 17 students in the 1st Baccalaureate. This is a milestone as it is the highest level of the English language. Achieving this demonstrates an exceptional command of the English language, allowing you to enjoy and use the language like a native speaker.
The speeches given at both ceremonies, such as that of Lisa Coledman, highlighted the effort and perseverance of the students and the hard work of the teaching staff as key to achieving the magnificent results obtained.
After the congratulations, 220 diplomas were awarded in the three languages offered by the College: English, German and Chinese.
Congratulations to all!
