After days of excitement, concentration, and hard work, our student Manuel Cabrera Betancort, from 5th grade, has returned from Georgia after participating in the UCMAS International Competition 2025, one of the most important mental arithmetic competitions in the world. 🌍

We are very proud to announce that the results are in, and both Manuel and his teammate have been ranked as 2nd Runners Up in their respective categories. This is an extraordinary achievement, especially considering that more than 2,000 students from around 80 countries participated in the competition.
At the age of 10, Manuel has established himself as one of Spain's promising young mental arithmetic talents, and is also one of only two Spanish representatives in this edition. His dedication, perseverance, and discipline are reflected in this highly commendable international result.
⭐⭐⭐At Colegio Arenas Internacional, a pioneer in teaching mental arithmetic with the abacus in Lanzarote, we proudly celebrate this success, which is the result of Manuel's efforts and the support of his family and teachers.
