Arenas International School continues to reinforce its commitment to multilingual education and comprehensive student training through international experiences that combine language learning with sports and intercultural coexistence. Within this framework, a language and sports exchange program has recently been developed with the German school Marienhöhe in Darmstadt, an activity that is part of our Modern Language Promotion Program.

This program, which is complemented by training stays at our residential center in England, Sulis Manor, aims to offer students real opportunities for language immersion, direct contact with other cultures, and the development of communication skills in authentic contexts.
The activity took place over two days. The first day was on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Club La Santa, where students and teachers from both schools shared an intense day of language learning and sports. Throughout the day, various group activities were carried out, including sports such as badminton, basketball, soccer, beach volleyball, tennis, and table tennis, promoting teamwork, communication in foreign languages, and camaraderie.
The second day was held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Arenas International school. After the official welcome, the students had prepared a full program of activities that included a gymkhana, Taskmaster-style team-building dynamics, petanque, paddle tennis, traditional games, soccer, and, to close, a fun activity involving Spanish and German language exchange and learning, which allowed the students to strengthen the bonds they had created and put their language skills into practice in a natural way.
The experience has been highly positive and enriching for all participants, consolidating the value of international exchanges as a key tool for language learning, personal development, and openness to other cultural realities. This type of initiative reinforces the identity of Arenas International School as a multilingual, innovative educational center committed to global education.
