This year, Arenas International School celebrates a very special milestone: our 40th anniversary, four decades since the dream was born in Costa Teguise and which, over time, has become a solid, diverse and vibrant educational community. These are forty years of shared stories, of learning that has transcended the classroom and of generations that have grown up with us.

The celebration of this anniversary began in a way that was as symbolic as it was meaningful: through the creativity of our students during Library Day. On that day, 2nd year CSE students wrote micro-stories inspired by the anniversary, 3rd year CSE students designed commemorative bookmarks, and 4th year CSE students created illustrations dedicated to these 40 years. It was they who took the first steps in this commemoration, filling the school with imagination, memory and emotion.
Throughout the school year, we will creating special moments that represent our entire educational community. We will experience a unique Olympics, where tradition and innovation come together; we will enjoy a Night of Stars dedicated to our current students; we will celebrate a graduation ceremony with awards that will highlight the effort and spirit of those who are embarking on new paths; and we will close this commemoration on 20 June with an emotional reunion of former students, an event that will bring together those who have been a fundamental part of our history and which symbolises, better than any other, the legacy of these 40 years.
Forty years later, we continue to move forward with the same enthusiasm as on the first day, advancing with innovative projects, modern facilities and a firm commitment to multilingualism and an international education that shapes global citizens who are committed to the society in which they live and deeply involved in caring for the environment. We continue to educate, accompany and inspire so that each of our students can make their dreams come true.
