Colegio Arenas Internacional was founded in 1986 by a group of parents who wished to improve the educational options available in Lanzarote; as a result they successfully created the first bilingual school on the island.
Several decades later, Colegio Arenas Internacional continues to lead the way; offering high quality education, a wide variety of foreign language studies, International Programmes and state of the art facilities. As such, we have been able to effectively meet the educational needs of the Lanzarote community and consistently provide the best service and attention to both parents and students.
Since 1996, we have been members of the AISGROUP, the most important network of of privately funded secular schools in the Canary Islands, and pioneers in bilingual education (Spanish-English) in our archipelago.
